Auctions

We can advise you on selling or buying your property at auction whether as a whole or in Lots. If you are selling at auction, we have specialist knowledge in preparing auction sale packs so that any potential buyers have as much information on a property prior to and at the auction. If you are buying, we can offer expert advice on what is (or should be) contained in an auction pack and advise on what is missing. Attendance at the auction can be arranged by prior agreement.
