We can advise you on selling or buying your commercial property at auction whether as a whole or in various Lots. If you are selling at auction, we have knowledge in preparing auction sale packs so that potential buyers have as much information on a property prior to and at the auction. If you are buying, we can offer expert advice on what is contained in an auction pack and advise you on what is missing. Attendance at the auction can be arranged by prior agreement.
